I recently had a home inspection done by Mimbres Home Inspection on a house I intend to buy. This inspection was the most thorough inspection I have ever had done in all the years I have bought and sold property. After the inspection they personally went over all of the problem areas with me. This is the second inspection I have had done with this company and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to have a home inspection.

“I recently put in a bid on a manufactured home in the Mimbres area and was referred to Mimbres Home Inspections. I called Kathleen to set it up and of course there were so many issues to deal with, mainley getting the utilities on to do a proper inspection.
Kathleen is great! She was very open to working with the coordination of the various utility providers and my handy man. She is completely thorough. She got under the house, on top of the house and brought so many things to my attention that I would never have considered.
She got me the report promptly and again it was extremely comprehensive. I would use Mimbres Home Inspections again in a heartbeat and will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know needing this service!”
