Inspections are done in accordance with A.S.H.I. Standards.
Inspection Area:
We cover Grant County, New Mexico and surrounding areas of Silver City, Deming, Lordsburg, Mimbres Valley, San Lorenzo, Tyrone, Lake Roberts, Santa Clara, Hurley, Gila, Cliff, Gila Hot Springs, Hillsboro, Kingston and White Signal.
An Additional $50 will be added to cover the cost of high priced gasoline.
Due to gas price increases, we have been forced to add trip charges for property/home inspections outside a 50 mile radius from Silver City, New Mexico.
All payments are due at time of inspection unless otherwise agreed to by Mimbres Home Inspection to be paid at the close of escrow.
Note: All utilities and pilots must remain on for inspections.
